Putting my little cherubs in the car the other day and 3yo pipes up "all for one and one for nothing" and my 5yo laughs at her, then corrects her with this "That's silly, it's all for nothing and one for one". They do make me laugh. There are days when the bills have all thrown themselves at me all in one afternoon and nothing seems to be as easy as I'd hoped and then one little sentence from the girls and I can giggle. My now 7yo old would ask "would you like a foffee?" when she was all of 2 and it became a phrase the whole family adopted, "put the kettle on, we'll have a foffee.." Every now and then it would be nice to be able to look at life through their eyes and just forget about the grown up stuff.

I'm off and sort of crawling

Well, just because I don't have enough to do with my time I thought on top of full time off campus study and having a mini horde of girls at home I would start my own blog. Every now and then I sent random texts to my friend telling them of the crazy and sweet things that my little munchkins say and do and I thought a blog would be a more exciting way of journalising them then filling up my sent messages folder on my mobile which, lets face it cause it always happens, is one day bound to die and I'll have lost half my friends phone numbers and every notation of my kids funny little incidents and one liners. So just as a weird little note to myself I formally welcome myself and any others to my blog and start off with this.."happiness is a journey, so buckle up spanky.." I have no idea what that really means but it sounds positive lol...
